Refurbishment

This was a job we carried out for a development company, converting a run down, badly laid out property into a spacious, light, three bedroomed house.

We completely re-furbished the property from top to bottom, knocking through several walls at ground level to create an open plan living area and adding a large ensuite bathroom to the loft. We also added two Velux rooflights filling the house with much needed light, we fit a granite topped kitchen and laid decking to the garden. The work took five months to complete.
