This was two flats in a Notting Hill building that that we converted into one four bedroomed flat for a private client. We created a large lateral living space which involved some complex structural work, integrating new steelwork with the existing irregularity of a very old building.
We put in various specialist joinery fittings including a dressing room, bathroom vanity units, utility cupboards, and the living room bookcase. We also had all the sash windows re-furbished, fit new floors, matched the original specialist plaster cornicing, introduced a new curved front door and had a bespoke kitchen installed.
